ABOUT ME

I help people figure out what’s next when they’re standing at a crossroads.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked across workers’ compensation, disability management, vocational rehabilitation, adult education, and government employment programs, guiding people through some of the hardest transitions they’ll face.

From youth finding their footing to displaced workers rebuilding their careers, the work has always been the same: helping people find the why before we navigate the how.

I’ve lived my own version of this story, relocating from a small town in Nova Scotia, building a career and a family far from where I started. In my 50s, choosing to redesign my life around what actually matters: expression, autonomy, love, connection, and impact.

I recently completed a memoir and I’m working on my first novel. I write because stories help us make sense of the hard parts, and because sometimes the best way forward is to see yourself reflected in someone else’s journey.

Whether through writing, speaking, or one-on-one work, I help people navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence. If you’re in a moment of transition—career, life, purpose—I’d be thrilled to walk alongside you.
